A friend of mine wanted to move to Lexington and did so, for the schools, the location and the beauty of the town.  However after settling there, he found that his and his wifes conservative views and strong catholic ties conflicted with the towns liberalness.  While Lexington has many catholic families, the town remains quite liberal, and they were unhappy with their choice, realizing that Winchester would have been a better fit.
